It's Monday and thank God work is over for the day. Thought about Jack and Tripp most of the day taking PACT at school. They both said that it was pretty easy. Only 4 more days of this test, then some other tests during the next 2 weeks.
I work with some really different/special/difficult people, so coming home is wonderful. Don't know why I mentioned that just thought I would throw it in.
Tonight I get to go listen to Tripp's band concert. I'm sure it will make all the papers. I don't really mind going to listen, but I do mind having to sit on bleachers in the gym. At least I don't have to cook supper, we'll go out to eat afterwards.

Today was okay. We were doing PACT today and it was pretty much easy. Yesterday at
church I didn't go to Sunday School. In the sanctuary they were practicing for stuff like the ushers and readers. One lady was supposed to be talking about the alter guild. But she was talking about everything she could talk about but the alter guild. One thing was the colors of the seasons. She went through the whole year. On Saturday we went to arts alive. It was fun. Today at Colonial it was regular. Oh yeah this is a funny
site.

Tonight we went to Tripp's band concert. Thankfully, only the band played. We are usually treated to the band, the orchestra, the chorus and the dance club. The beginners played first which made Tripp and the advanced band sound much better. Only one trumpet showed up which really killed the "The Raiders March" (Theme From the Raiders of the Lost Ark) since the trumpets were supposed to have the melody. Finished in about 30 minutes. All in all, an excellent concert.
We got a new phone system today at work. It actually works and I'm sure it will be really cool once I learn how to take advantage of all of its features.

Big Fun Weekend. We went to the arts and crafts festival yesterday. This wasn't one of those things where you can buy crocheted toilet paper covers with doll heads on top or hats made out of cut up beer cans. This was a fine arts festival. We got lots of culture and whatnot and you can see a little bit of it
here.
I just finished updating the
church website. I hadn't done anything with it in about two weeks since we missed church last week and I didn't get a new bulletin. Now it's pretty close to current. Tomorrow I must go back to work and see what happened with our new phone system.

5:10am - I'm up early as usual. Got email from Clarke again. I ordered his link cable. He's on the case in Japan with my video game needs. He told me he's got the hook-up at a local used video game store. What could be better than the inside track at a Japanese used video game store? I'm sure that my favorite nephew can score me a
Final Fantasy Limited Edition Wonderswan Color.
Time to iron some clothes and go to work soon. The weekend is coming and we are ready for it.

It's been over a week since I last wrote in this. I thank my dad for keeping it up to date. This week has been awful. My teacher went on vaction. I think it was so she could have a break before PACT. It's some test we have to take. We had a sub but she wasn't quite my favorite. I was just at
Books-A-million. David was there. He's one of my friends. He had a nice hairstyle tonight. It's about 9:30 and we just got home. I'm almost done on
Paper Mario. I'm on the 7th and final chapter. Right now mom's on the phone. Tripp's in my room.
Dad is on the couch watching T.V. And I'm going to play Paper Mario.

We just re-launched the site and interest is already waning. We need to boost participation among family members. Maybe I should put up a hit counter so we can see how many people visit the site and maybe a guestbook, too. I have one of each on my site and I like keeping up with who and how many.
Tripp is at Dr. Buck's house getting tutored in math. Jack is in his room playing Paper Mario and Beckie is at handbell practice. I'm in the living room saying my baseball prayers as the Braves get started. How about I offer a prize to the family member with the most entries on this site?

A strange day at work. I had the boys to myself this weekend. Beckie was away with the church women on their annual retreat. We didn't do much. Trip to the flea market, out to eat a few times and videos. We got several new ones at the flea markets - Dark City, a couple of Pink Panthers, Searching for Bobby Fischer and some Pete and Pete episodes. I really miss the old P&P episodes on Nick.

I haven't beeen writing in here. Today at Reach I had fun in Dig. Which is one of my classes at Reach. In Latin I had a substitute teacher. I betcha can't guess her name. It was Ms. BORING. Can you believe that? I've never heard of a name that weird. Also on the way back from school the bus broke down. It started making this weird noise and it started slowing down. We sat there for 30 minutes just talking. It was kind of fun. I counted 104 cars in the lane beside us until I got bored. Eventually another bus came and picked us up. We were really close to missing school. It was a fun day.

We seem to have skipped a day. Well, it was Monday and mine was especially tiring - even for a Monday after a three-day holiday weekend. Jeremy (my younger brother) is supposed to spend the night with us tonight. He has to work until 9:00 and work again tomorrow morning so he didn't want to drive back to the beach tonight.
I got email from Clarke (my nephew) today. He and his family went to Hong Kong and he got a gameboy camera. He's trying to con me into buying him a
cable to download photos to his computer. We'll see - maybe I can get him to pick me up something in Japan that I need and I'll trade him the cable for it. He lives in Japan.
Jack has a new
photo essay on my website. Go take a look.

Beckie invited some people over for an Easter egg hunt today. It rained so not many showed up and the eggs got wet and were a little messy. Then Beckie and Jack went with another mommy and her kids to see a movie. Tripp and I stayed home and watched the "Ninth Gate". It is an OK movie.

Yesterday i went with Christopher to the beach. Before I went to the beach with him I spent the night with him. At the beach we swam in the ocean and in a hotel pool. Then we went and putt-putted. The reason we had to leave before we were supposed to was Christopher's little brother got something in his eye at the beach and it was swelling up. Today we went to the flea market and I got a magic book.

Looks like I'm the only guy here again today. Allen spent the night with us last night. I don't mind Allen staying over - he's polite, fairly mature and has a good sense of humor. Also, he owes me $20. I loaned him the money to get an
Incubus cd. I got a
Jawhawks cd for $5.98. Much better than Incubus for much less money.

Jack and I were talking about Easter and me getting Good Friday off and he asked me why they call it
Good Friday. Since it's the day the Romans and whoever got around to crucifying Jesus, just what is so
good about it? I told him that his question was beyond my theological abilities and that he should see our pastor for clarification.
Tripp's friend Allen is spending the night with us tonight. I miss Jack but I hope he's having fun. Looks like I'm the only guy who'll be writing here today.

Today I got a
magic set. I got it from Books-A-Million. I've already learned 2 tricks and I've only had it for about 30 minutes. At Colonial today it was the same thing. But there were only about 20 kids all together counting the little kids. I won't write tomorrow because I'm going to be with Christopher and spend the night. Then I'm going to Wild Water and Wheels. I think it will be fun but I will miss my family. Hope I don't get too homesick.

One of my nephews (I think I have 8 nephews total) made the Clemson baseball team as a walk-on. He's a reserve catcher and I think he spends most of his time in the bullpen warming up relievers. Anyhow, he hit a homerun the other night, which is pretty good for a first year walk-on. It was only his second at bat and it was his first hit as a Tiger. What is my point? Go take a look at
this page and come right back. Did you see the glaring error? Go look
again. Here's a clue - my nephew's name is Gene Pierce. Did you see it that time? Gene is the only guy on the roster whose name you can't click on. Go back to
that page again and click on "Feedback" at the bottom of the page and demand that this be rectified ASAPpiest.

Hi. I'm Jack's older brother, Tripp. Over Spring Break I'm volunteering at our local YMCA. I help with the pre school kids. I'm also into playing around with the various hand held game systems my dad collects. If anyone reading this knows where to find the last three emblems on Bio Motor Unitron for the Neo Geo Pocket, email me at librascion@yahoo.com
Today was the usual. Help at the Y in the morning, then come home, work on my homework (I can't believe my teachers are that cruel, giving a kid homework over Spring Break) and cleaning my room. I really like this
music.

Today was the same old day at Colonial. Christopher asked me if want to go with him to
Wild Water and Wheels on Friday. Mom said OK so I'm going. I'm also going to spend the night with him Thursday. Dad is sad because he will be lonely without me. I made a cool gameboy camera animation of Christopher today. We tried doing a Harry Potter puzzle of Fluffy the three-headed dog but we only finished the outside of it.

The guy who delivers the free newspaper just drove by and tossed one in the front yard. I don't ever read it but it's good that he brings it on Tuesday night. Wednesday is trash day so when we roll the big can out to the street, we can just pick up the free paper on the way and put it in the can. Very convenient.
glassdog.com is an excellent site. The content is good but the best thing about the site is the menu that skates down the side of the page as you scroll down.

Typical Monday at work. Many emergencies and priority tasks - everything must be done NOW.
Jack had a little mishap on his scooter yesterday. He got a busted lip and scrapes over various other body parts. He's having a little trouble eating and talking.
Oh yeah, I also got two more gameboy cameras this weekend. They aren't making them anymore so I have to get them while I can. I think that the gameboy camera must still be pretty popular. I've gotten a few emails lately from people who have gameboy camera gallery sites -
lo-fi livin' and
dragan's gameboy gallery are two excellent gallery sites.

It's Spring Break! I'm going to spend all week at Colonial (except Friday). Yesterday I was riding down a hill on my scooter and I fell off and hurt myself. It hurt. Everybody kept asking me, "What Happened?" (because of the way I look - I scraped my lip and some other places, too). Today I just hung out at Colonial with two of my friends - Christopher and Josh. I brought my gameboy camera and Josh loved it.

Today was a very busy day at work, I'm covering at an inpatient rehab unit for a person on vacation. I treated 21 patients today that I had never seen before. Made for some interesting treatment times. One patient kept cursing me but I held out for 30 minutes. We were both glad to see the end of that. Jack's lip is a winner. I'm going to take a picture of him so he can really see what how he looks.

Yesterday we went to the
flea market. I got a Pokemon Stadium game for only $10. Spring Break is this week. I have to go to Colonial (day care). My friend Casey is playing baseball. I went and watched him play a game Friday night. They won 7-5.

My handheld cartridge game inventory: original gameboy, gameboy light, gameboy color, virtual boy, sega gamegear, sega nomad, atari lynx, game.com, neogeo pocket color. It's a good collection but I still need a few machines and lots of games (nec turbo express, wonderswan, mega duck, watara supervision...)

I love the new jackpott.org format. I worked in the yard yesterday and Jack was my only helper. It looks very nice - thanks, Jack! Jack and Tripp are on spring break - I hope it's a great one.
